Question:

Help now calories????????????

ive been eating 700-1000 calories a day for 5 weeks and i want to bump my calorie intake up to 1200 just to be healthier but ive heard that if you do that you will gain all the weight that you got off right back on so is there anything i can do so that wont happen cause i really dont want to gain all that weight back on ...................... before i went on this diet i ate about 1800-2000 a day (just so more info)

  1. Here's a trick.   Eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains.  Why?  They don't have a lot of calories, but provide you with the vitamins and sources of energy you need, PLUS, they will help curb your appetite, provided you eat enough of them!  I lost weight recently, and this helped.  Also, drink water, but not a lot. Snack in between meals with the fruits and vegetables.  


  2. Well yes you will gain weight because you were STUPID enough to starve yourself. You should never go below 1,500 calories per day. Your body has gone into starvation mode and it's metabolism has almost literally stopped, so everything you eat will be turned into pure fat and there ain't nothing you can do about it, unless you intend to stop eating and die.
