i am 10 and 104lbs and i am 10 lazy to run or something but i don`t mind doing stuff in my room with some music on.so what should i do and don`t give me no fitness websites or talk to my mom about because i won`t look at them or talk about it to her ok!

  1. Do some dancing! Dance to some of your favorite songs. It&#039;s really fun and a great workout. I think a website I read said it burned like over 100 calories per 30 mins? Around there. It&#039;s amazing.

Go for a walk, walk 30 to 60 min a day,, bring music with you,   if you do it for 30 days  you will tone your whole body,, but you have to do it, ,,, its cool that you are thinking about it  now at 10,, because now is the time to do something about it,, as with this Question, good job  , Be Your own HERO, Be happy,  Look In the mirror each day and  smile big,, because your beautiful

  3. wellllll Shy H. staying inside limits what you can do really. you can actually get a good exercise from dancing or just &quot;movement&quot;. when you are home alone. with the blinds closed. anddd yur neighbors arent home. put on some fast paced music and just BUG OUT !! -- go wild and just keep moving for a good 20 - 45 minutes. then to do some ab toning you can do crunches, leg lifts, etc. to finish it up.
