Help on Arcade Emuator/rom?

Question

ok i want to download like the emulator stuff or something that will give me donkey kong, and like frogger..well whenever i go to one of those sites, and save the file..it like gives me like 79 kb of files, and it is not the full thing..i need the full file with all those games..someone said that there is like something called DesktopX Builder and i could get the games.

You need the emulator first, then the rom to Like of the game that Like your going to want to play.
