Help on Forever 21 sizes?

I'm very short(4 feet 9 inches) and skinny and I never shopped in Forever 21 for their clothes and stuff just jewelry, and I'd like to know if I can fit in their tops.

I wear like an x-small size in Hollister, and I want to know if Forever 21's clothes are bigger than Hollister?

Also, I wear an x-small size for tops at American Eagle also, so would I fit in any size at Forever 21 , if so can somebody tell me the sizes I should try on?

Please don't say their clothes suck cause that's not answering my question, 10 points for best answer.

Yeah, forever21 runs a little big.  So if you want to get anything get it in x-small but buy things that people generally like looser, like sweaters and whatnot.
