Help on Rocky Horror

my mum told me that in adelaide once a year at the botanical gardens they show the rocky horror movie and you can dress up. ive looked everywhere in google to find out more about this but i cant get anything. she even said she went to it once. does anyone know about this???

Every summer the Botanical Gardens has an open air cinema which from memory is on Friday and Saturday nights starting at about 9pm.

I've never been so I can't confirm that Rocky Horror is on the bill but the Adelaide City Council runs it so perhaps contact them closer to the time as this years program probably hasn't been finalised yet.

I do remember Rocky Horror playing at the Capri Cinema,Goodwood on every Saturday night for about ten years in a row after the movie was first released and the Advertiser often showed pictures of patrons who dressed up as their favourite character to go and see it week in week out

Hi. Yes, I do. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is a rare treat. It can be safely said that this is one of the most bizarre movies you will see.It is a science fiction-musical with a driving Rock & Roll soundtrack. You should enjoy it if you have an open mind.

The main character is a man who's costume is often a black woman's corset, stockings, and lipstick. The main character woman wears a white bra. There is also a top-hatted sequined tap dancer, and a creepy, Igor-type fellow, etc. People dress up as their favorite character. The audience has seen it so many times that they often recite the dialogue along with the movie.
