Help on a debate about INDO US NUCLEAR DEAL... i'll be taking part in one?

i have this debate in a neighbouring college . the topic is the indo us nuke deal. i am confused about the side i shud be taking.. should i go for the DEAL OK or DEAL No NO and why???

As a  rule I would say yes it is a good idea, because it will cut down on pollution.

Coal is still the main source of producing electrical power in that region.

Also stronger economical ties are all ways a good thing.
