how do you even get an interview with a big agency ???

do you have to have a lot of experience?

because i had some acting classes and have done some school plays

you don't have to have a lot of experience. you can start with small steps looking for newspaper ads and playing in small roles. If you have talent somebody will discover you. It's all about deternination and hardwork
