i am totally stucked on these two questions :

01 - the process of diffusion is fastest in a :

[A] crystal [B] gas

[C] liquid [D] solid

02 - a visking tubing was filled with distilled water and was immersed in a beaker of diluted sugar solution . after some time , the visking tubing :

[A] would become enlarged [B] would shrink in size

[C] would change color [D] remained unchanged

osmosis is the same as diffusion except its water.
