Help on ebay please!!?

my mom went on ebay to bid for some clothes but she accidently bidded on like 5 and didnt see the shipping sign!!just shipping alone is 80 dollarsfor each and now she owes about 500 dollars!!!!!!!!!!! is the any way to take away the bid before its too late!!???? HELP NOW .......thanx

you can click on retract my bid when u click bidders history.

but it is a LEGAL CONTRACT which u entered in2 and so technically u bought it if u win and so need 2 pay.

or just dont pay and get negative feedback

Unfortunately, buyers agree to the actual shipping charges when they have the winning bid. Sometimes, however, a seller will combine shipping charges (if they are legit.) and the cost will go down.

One of the common reasons that sellers hike their shipping costs is because of shipping material, gas to post office, etc.

If you feel that the seller is truly in error, communicate with them first. If there doesn't seem to be any receptivity you can always open up a dispute through your mom's ebay account.

You do have that last option of not paying. Keep in mind though that you will get a ding on your ratings and possibly loose your ebay account if it is a substantial offense.

when i do something like that i contact the seller ask if they can cancel it tell them why and ask politely. I say can we cancel this without any hard feelings? I have never had a problem or had to pay when i ve made a mistake

contact the seller and explain your mistake !! do it quickly !!  if that does not fix it call ebay directly... do not delay !!! this must be done quickly or you will be responsable for the fees ! you will need the item number to call ebay as well if you have to go that far.. most sellers will work with you and walk you thru the "retract your bid" section of ebay.  its not hard but, you have to do it quickly !!
