what's the question exactly?

you need to join your most local freecycle group (look on www.freecycle.org)

once a member, messages can be posted from the group under 'post' on the left hand side, or email to the group address (something like [e-mail], willl be on the homepage)

posts need to have the following subject line to conform with group requests:

Offered - item/s (your location)

Wanted - item/s (your location)

Then if you receive an item following a request, or an item you've offered is taken, you use the following:

Received - item/s (your location)

Taken - item/s (your location)
