Help on getting fit and feeling great !?

Ive vowed to myself that on the first day of school (wednesday) im going to start eating healthhy and excersing. I guess you could say im petite, 5'2 100 lbs, but you can deffinatly tell im not toned . my inner thighs and stomach are the problem areas . I plan on watching my food intake, drinking only water and no junk food . im going to do 100 crunches , 30 squats a day and run at leas a half an hour at least 3 times a week . do you think this will help my probelm, and any tips or advice? thanks .:) oh yeah and im a 15 year old girl .

I think its a great way to start even though with your numbers you seem small and shouldn't have to worry about being too toned.  I'm older but have the same issues, I ride bike and do a lot of crunches and squats which seem to help. I am told that swimming helps because it uses muscles on all the body.  Good luck on your goal.
