Help on how to do the stomach wave?

please im the only girl in my classes who cant do the belly wave please help me by giving me instructions on how i can do it and some exersises to help build it up if you cant give me a straight answer. please im getting made fun of because all the boys say you cant do the belly wave and my friends say its so easy you just really want it and i do want it really really bad i work at trying it for hours so please and thank you PLEASE HELP ME:-(

  2. Okay this how I learned out to do it.

    First Stand in a neutral dance position.  (legs slightly bent, hips tucked up, chest lifted and shoulders back and relaxed)  Then practice moving your hips forward and back several times.  The practice tilting your pelvis up and then back.  Then link them into a square (for belly roll back, up, forward, down, and for belly undulation forward, up, back, down)  Finally smooth them into a circle.
