Question:

Help on how to lose weight?

I have been doing a LOT of exercises every night for the past week or so, and I'm still a little bit pudgy.

I mean, it's not like I'm fat...just pudgy, and I would REALLY appreciate it if I could lose it.

I don't know what's going on, but everytime I do sit-ups, all I hear is water in my stomach. :/

Can someone PLEASE tell me what this means?

I need help because losing that "extra" weight would really mean a lot to me.

Also, I have "lovehandles" and they are friggin' driving me up a wall.

I got rid of them for a while and then it was like one day I ate a LITTLE bit too much, and they came back.

I was like "WTF?!"

Someone please help me? (:

  1. A week isn't really giving your body a chance to lose weight in a healthy way (crash diets are not good for you, and they set you up to fail in the long run).  Give it a bit more time, and vary your exercise... even going for a long walk, window shopping is good exercise, just don't stop anywhere for a snack, lol.  Give it time, and don't forget, watch what you eat too.  :-)

  2. cardio like jogging, brisk walking, high intensity intervals, biking, rollerblading will burn calories and help you lose fat. eating complex or :good" carbs like 100% whole wheat bread, brown rice, high fiber cereal, oatmeal, fruits, and veggies; lean meats like turkey, chicken, fish, seafood, beans and legumes, low-fat or non-fat dairy, eggs, lean steak, peanut butter, olive oil, almonds, avocados should help. cut back on junk and soda

  3. Okay, first of all, the water in your stomach is when you usually a liquid (what you recently just drank) is still in your stomach, it doesn't digest that fast. and second losing your extra weight isn't something that is going to happen overnight. It is good that you are eating healthier so make a habit of keeping up with a healthy diet. Plus do not just try to exercise where you fat is ( by doing 1000's of sit ups and crunches), work in some cardio and weightlifting, they are good ways of burning calories and uping your metabolism.

  4. it just takes persistance, a lot of it.

watch what you eat, count calories, dont go below 1200, but try to keep it under 1500 if possible, and then keep on going with the excercises. i also suggest running  because that works out the WHOLE body.

even if you dont see a difference at the moment, keep it up, and eventually youll notice some results.

  5. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  6. Just cause you work-out for a week doesn't mean you should be shedding the pounds off. You actually have to work for awhile, not that I'm saying you aren't but it took me like a couple months to lose a little more than 15 lbs. I did it by running a lot and just doing a lot of sit-ups probably around 150 a day or so. That with some curling to strengthen my arms and I did fine. Don't worry you can do it.
