  1. In a respective manner his answer is wrong. The key is to push the ball across the plate not trying to get it across fast... i know this for a fact because my bro plays in the minors.

  2. Cole, I don't care what your brother tells you, Rich is correct.  I played minor league ball myself and know from experience that each player throws it differently.  Some throw it with their knuckles, some throw it by digging their fingernails into the ball.  Any way you throw it though, the key is to not break your wrist and just push the ball straight out.  Very hard pitch to control.  I wouldn't plan on using it in any game situations until you've gained some control of the pitch.  It's the most impossible pitch in baseball to control.

  3. Funny thing is, it's not so much how you grip it, but how you throw it.  Ask most knuckleball pitchers in MLB history how they grip it, and you're going to get a bunch of different answers.  The key is to keep your wrist straight as you throw it, and push the ball towards the plate without any spin on it.

The best grip is whatever one you're comfortable with to accomplish that.

  4. What you have to do is bend your pointer and middle finger behind the ball trust me I'm in college and am a knuckleball pitcher.
