Help on m3u files :[ ?

Okay so I have a bunch of m3u files that are useless right now lol and need to convert them to mp3 files i think so i can transfer them in itunes and ipod touch

does anyone know a site that works please and thank you =]] <3

You could not be more wrong about how things work.

iTunes only support MP4, H264 video formats. There are some useful guides about how to rip DVD to iTunes and convert videos and TV shows to iTunes for iPod, iPhone, etc, it works well for all the Windows and Mac OS users.
