I know I already posted a question w/ this same title but as you know, I'm a member on miniclip.com & I was viewing my some of my friends pages & I scrolled down to " My Notification's " & I see that someone sent my friend a message. How can you send messages? PLZ Help!

so at notifications it says send a message but she''s under 13 so she can't get it if it says send a message than you can do it
