  1. If you have pots with DSL, that could be an open wire on one of the two wires needed to run dial tone. A DSL line will still work over one wire, where POTS will not. Find out if the problem is before your house or inside your house by going outside to the phone box and testing the line. Open the box and plug a regular corded phone into the plug. If you have dial tone then the problem is inside your house. If there is no dial tone present, then the problem is the phone companies and you will not be charged to repair it. If it is the inside, find out if you have a wire maintenance plan with at&t, and if you do, they will fix it at no charge. If not, look for any loose or broken wire in your phone box and/or any jacks in the house.

  2. you have the DSL..

Comes with a DSL Filter would be fine one for the computer and other is for your Telephone.

If it's comes no signal at all.

You have to do is to call your Service Phone Provider if you get the DSL from them they will FIX it for you.

Option try to put a different phone a corded phone see if it's still the same.

If the cordless haven't a signal it must be the battery.

Call for sure your DSL /phone services provider.
