my friend has this cool picture and it has all this effects. and brightness.. how does make the photo like dat?

You have to have a photo bucket account to edit pictures.

He probably has a program that isn't photoshop. The side graphics on the left looks pre-made, and he just chose a black background, took out the background on his and the other's photos and dropped them in. Ask him what program he's using.
