Ok i need a little interpretation here:

what is a tube? its just an image on a transparent background? why not call it a .png file?

whats a snag, a tag and whats a siggy?

  1. A tube is a specialty for PSP. You can use it as an ordinary picture on a transparent background, but in PSP you can use them in a lot of ways.

    You can use them as you use brushes in PS. The difference is that tubes usually have multiple colors.

    Some tube files have several pictures, 6, 8 or 10 is the most usual.

    Read the Help file to understand how to use them. Search for Painting with Picture Tubes.  


  2. Tubes -- a term used by PSP that is the same thing as Brushes in Photoshop.  Snag, tag and siggy  --- I have no idea.
