Help on redoing my room to make it punk/ skater bedroom?

Okay well im redoing my room

and i wanted some unique ideas on what to do for it

The walls cant be too crazy of colors...also im really into singing & avril lavigne

I want to put a picture collage on one of the walls . and my old microphone kinda spread out hung on the wall. any other ideas? THANK YOU SO MUCH.

If you go to your local art supply store, they should carry corkboard in giant rolls. If you use an adhesive to glue it to your wall you can use push pins and change you picture collage as often as you want. Some skating stickers could add to the look. You can paint the cork too.

The picture collage would look great with black & white walls. You could tape off big stripes or do an entire black wall and an entire white wall, alternating.

Buy alot of old vinyl records with cool covers that you like and tack them onto one wall. There's one side full of color. On the other adjacent wall. Put a few records on the wall with your microphone and maybe a few classic black and white pictures.

paint the walls:green,blue,and some pink since your a girl.

lots of posters and stuff to put on the wall.

1. stencil black guitars around the top of the walls, all the way around the room.

2. throw in some black and maybe magenta accessories like pillows, vases etc.

3. get some old records, yes the big kind & stack them somewhere in the room.

4. find some mod seating or furniture in black or grey or even pink!

5. paint the walls maybe a magenta, pink [i know avril is really black/pink kind of girl]

6. collage an area, maybe frame it, of bands and music even fashion styles you like.

7. you could even write song lyrics on the wall above the collage. maybe from avril's work.

8. its all up to you! do what you like & use inspiration from things you find cool or pretty :]

Splatter paint the walls. This will look fabulous with a poster hung diagonal.
