Help on thinning mucous? (Sinus)?

Question

I have tried the neti pot (steaming),mucinex,and saline spray...what else can i try to thin my sinus mucous so it will release itself? Ty.

Personally, those steam/mist thingies that you put in your room work the best for me. But I guess you've tried most things.
