Help on this camera please?

I am looking at buying a new camera with long zoom and the Panasonic FZ18 has caught my eye and I was just wondering if there is any similar cameras that are like it but better.

I would go for dSLR and get the lens that u need.  It's more versatile anyway :)

The OIympus UZ750 features a 20x optical zoom ratio. It is currently the longest zoom range available on the market.

The Nikon D70 is a digital SLR camera and has nothing to do with zoom ranges.
