How to tune a tv?

erm i need to tune sky into a new sharp lcd tv

how do i do it and how do i get the five normal channels on tv?? without remote

It should just be a case of plugging your sky box into the scart connection on the back of your tv and if you dont have a remote there should be a button on the tv (possible behind a panel on the front?) that says av, press it and sky should come up on screen.  You may have  to press it more than once as there can be more than 1 av channel even though there is only one button.
