Help on uploading pics from a razr to ca computer?

WELL, I BOUGHT THE USB CABLE BUT ON MY COMPUTER IT APPEARS THAT I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT SOFTWEAR TO UPLOAD THE PICTURES FROM MY PHONE TO MY COMPUTER . AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO SAVE THEM OR HOW?? I NEED HELP....is there any possible way i could still save my pictures without using that specific softwear???

You have to upload the photos from your phone to your online album them download them to your computer. If that doesn't help , per comment, send the pictures to your email then download them to your computer

Just send a pix message to your email address. That is how I do it.
