  1. beans, nuts, and peanutbutter are all great sources of protein. good job becoming a vegitarian. i really wish it was more common. : )

  2. you should eat two hand fulls of peanuts. they supply lots of nutrients and vitamins. also try vegadulox. its a pill u take every day that give u alll the nutrients and healthy c**p you need:) remeber.. PEANUTS WORK!

  3. Beans and grains are a perfect combo. In poorer nations, where meat is not a daily option because it is expensive and animals are valued more for labor and things like eggs and milk, it is very popular to  eat beans with tortillas, rice, and other grains. Not only is it filling, but extremely healthy. Depending on if you are vegan or not eggs are also a good protein source. I recommend investing the extra few cents to buy, certified organic, free range, and hormone free whenever possible. It really is worth the investment in  your health.Welcome to the vegetarian community! : )

  4. you should talk to your doctor and see if you should a multi vitamin. then you can get all the nutrients you need and still be a vegetarian.

  5. Soy and their derivatives.

    Tofu.

    Tempeh.

    gluten.

    Soy sauce.

    Miso.
