Help on what to wear to my wedding

we are gettin married on the lake in our home town, on a big pontoon boat. i dont want to wear a big dress, its next month and its gonna be very hot. any ideas on a dress to wear?

I have seen some splendid white frocks, with spaghetti straps, simple dresses, that are low cut over your bosom, gathered at the waist, and then simple and free to walk in.  These are absolutely beautiful simple summer dresses that can be worn for any occasion, even a wedding.  You just dress it up with some nice shoes, a vintage hat with a veil, accessorize with some lovely dangling earrings and a dangling necklace that hangs just about your cleavage, drawing the eye to your soft, exposed bosom.  You could look just simply dashing.

Sure do...a beautiful semi formal wedding dress.  Look for long, soft fabrics, simple in design with draping on the bustline....no veil.  Just maybe a white flower in your hair.  Bouquets should be small, maybe wrapped with satin ribbon style...The bridal party should wear short simple dresses and groomsmen and best man, simple business suits.  No tux.  See dessy.com, alfredangelo.com, verawang.com, amsale.com, moncheribridals.com, nordstroms.com, dillards.com.

While they are still wedding dresses, they will be cooler...and everyone will still know who the bride is =) The last one is my favorite for a cool, casual wedding

Since you're getting married by a lake, you don't want a big ol' wedding dress to weigh you down. Go for a beachy/bohemian/romantic dress: something light and flowy yet still fancy and elegant.
