Help on xc racing shoe?

Hi i live in Hawaii and I am in Cross Country. Our races are 3 miles or 3.1 most of the time. Our courses are on grass,dirt,hills, and on pavement or concrete. Please recomend me a good cross country racing shoe that doesn't have spikes in them .

  1. The Saucony Shay XC Flats are great! I used the Mayflys in a few races.
