Help! online money transfer??

Question

i have both an H and R Block investment account as well as a Bank of America account, both of which i can manage online. i made a request to transfer $2000.00 from the H and R Block account to the Bank of America account yesterday. This was after processing hours, which means the transfer would occur today during their active hours. So today I check my Bank of America account to find that the $2000.00 hasn't come but H and R Block says the transaction has been made. Help anybody? What could cause this?

The answer is time delay.  Why it would take a couple of hours, I don't know but it is not instant.

I wire transfered over 50K from my broker to my bank for a down payment on a house.  Talk about freaking out waiting for the verification.
