Help photofiltre fonts?

k so i want a font but it doesnt say free next to it? should i download it? or no? help!

not sure where from, if from a site like dafont, and you can download zip file, then ok, download, unzip, place in system font folder to use,

if from places like myfonts and has price or cart or credit card logo, then those would cost, some are trial fonts,
