With the initial position of x0=10 m. (x-axis being time in seconds and y-axis being velocity in m/s) and plots at (0,0), (2,1), (6,5), (6,0) ,and (9, -4).

1.what is the acceleration at 1 second?

2. what is the acceleration at 2 seconds?

3. What is the position at 2 seconds?

  1. acceleration = velocity/time.  Pair up the numbers and divide velocity by time.  

    For #3, distance = velocity * time.  For the numbers at 2 seconds, just multiply them.
