Well you have two different types of shoes.  The first two are basketball shoes, the Nike would be made with a better midsole than the converse shoe.  

Your other two are fashion shoes... There will not be much support in those shoes, and not much of a performance value either.

It really depends on what you want to use your shoe for.  If your searching for a basketball shoe then try on the shoes, feel the weight of the shoes, feel the support they offer.  Also ask the workers there at Finish Line... make them answer your questions... If I were to guess they wont be able to tell you much about the shoes...

I have worked as a manager at a retail store for a while now... we take pride in our training we provide our employees, and I like to go into places like Finish Line and ask them questions I know the answer too, and then I laugh at them after I leave the store! lol
