Help please, I need this before school starts.?

Okay so I weigh 160 lbs. I am 14 and need to at least way 140 lbs before school starts! Help anyways that well work?

Oh and i'm starting high school and that puts even more stress, I just really want to loose weight :[

  1. Why do you need to be 140 pounds? I hope it's a personal goal that includes your need to be healthy. If one of those aren't incorporated in this need, it's not important.

    If you are at an unhealthy weight and your doctor suggest you weigh 140 pounds, I applaud you for deciding to take care of yourself. The best way to take off those extra pounds? Eat enough, but not too much. Eat healthy foods, and no junk food. Exercise. Best of Luck! =]

Eat 6 small (HEALTHY) meals a day instead ones 3 bigs ones (and make sure you have breakfast!!!!!!!! just an apple or some fruit will be enough) and do at least 30mins after each meal, this can be 30mins on a skipping rope, or 30mins running around the park with a friend or 30minutes dancing (wildly) just 30 moving at a fast pace. This should help you cut down your weight, Good Luck!!!!

  4. When my son was 12 we took classes at Rady Children Hospital in Nutritional counseling, because I couldnt figure out why he was overweight, ate like a normal kid and was very active. We learned some crazy stuff, it was very cool. We developed and easy to follow the system and the weight came off easily and we have become much more aware of what we pop in our mouths. However 20 pounds before school starts is not healthy...about 4 pounds a week is healthy. Here is what we did:  eat about 5 times a day, and each time keep what your eating at about 300 calories.  If want Oreos, then eat 300 calories worth. If want celery then you just saved up some calories for later, now you can have a 600 calories dinner. It is super easy and safe. Dont pay any attention to anything other than calories. Be healthy...there are worst things in life than 20 pounds, you can hide that under well fitted clothing!  

  5. 20 pounds is not that much too loose.  Do this,,,,,stop eating junk food   no more McDonalds,, Burger King,,  eat more vegetables.

    it realy is up to you there is no magic bulett. Dont start taking diet pills  just eat healthy and if you dont know what that means  then no one can help you.

  6. I think you should try eating less, cut down the calories

    Go for a run or bike ride everyday

  7. exercise daily example go for a jog around your neighbourhood.

    eat healthy and cut back on carbs. and calories eat your veggies and fruits.

    drink lots of water stay away from sugary drinks.

    don't eat too much cheese, cheese has lots of fat in it.
