  1. Sorry I can't help cause  I do everything but cookin .

  2. this is easy dont worry, when it gets busy, you will feel stressed but u can do it!

i have worked in mcds now for almost 3 years, im a trainer therfore im an expert in all the areas. i can help you if you like!

    buns are easy.

u have the three level toaster and the one level toaster. the 3 one is for big mac buns, middle buns in the middle and bottoms on bottom (easy!) they cook for about 35 seconds then u take the bottoms out then the middles (they will show u again how to do this properly) and PUT IN the crowns to cook while they are being dressed.

REMEMBER when you place the buns in the toaster if they are big mac buns,u need to tell who is on grill to "Drop 8 meat" or if its 4 hamburgers u are making, then itll be 4 meats. its very important to do this because if you dont and the Grill person don't drop the meat, ur buns will get cold.

the crowns will be done when the meat is placed on the dressed buns.

regulars (hamburgers, cheeseburgers etc) are made in the regular toaster, u dress the buns on the top more round side.

then out come the bottoms (I call them the butts) :P when the meat is put on.

they will show u how to dress them all, but if u would like more help, email me and i will help u no problem!

Grill is easy too, but i dont like it. its very hot and grease splashes at you and u get pimples from the grease.

anyway. At Mcds we use the FIFO method, which is first in and first out. u place the meat on the grill by this method.

its usually a run of 8 patties of meat, u put them down 3-3-2

(Thery will show u this) then u pull the top down and they cook.

they will take about 45 seconds, long enough for buns to be dressed and then when the meat is done being cooked, the lid of the press grill pops up. u season the meat, (like a hammer motion) and take it off two at a time, in the same order you put them on.

place the meat onto the middle of the bun, so its centered, or on the middle of the cheese so it melts around it.

Scrape your grill after every 2 runs because grease builds up and can splash back and burn!

MAKE SURE u listen for the bun person to call how many meat u need to put on the grill, because if u do it before the buns are in the toaster, ur meat will be done first and will burn!

so thats about it for them two....i hope u understand it! if you need more help, just send me an email, and i would love to help!

  3. Use the front and back, only use the middle for the big mac buns

  4. this one time, my friend ordered his food, and after they told us to pull up to the 2nd window, he said into the receiver: "Extra Spit!!!!!!!!!!!" Little to our surprise we found spit in the fries, shake, AND the burger. We threw it away and probably will never go back to that McDonalds again.

  5. I worked there once upon a time-My first day I grabbed the french fries and the greasy handle slipped out of my hand and fell back into the grease and splatted someone (lightly) and then 2 hours later I passed out- I was so embarrassed I never went back and never regretted it either
