school on thursday.

my school skirt looks stupid.

what can i do just for a quick fix,

i have a plan but i've let my self go a little.

just a really quick thing to help me loose a couple of pounds.

    then take a 5 minute brake and do it again.

  5. I am afraid that weight loss and toning is never a quick fix. If you are determined to change your lifestyle make a long term commitment to diet and exercise.

    we all have our insecurities, most ppl are that caught up in their own probelms they dont even notice other ppls insecurities.

  9. try going to a sauna at a gym or some place to sweat off a couple of pounds. you can also try eating very little, like a bowl of healthy cereal with skim milk for every meal. (that's only about 500 calories total) also, try drinking lots of water to rinse toxins from your body, which can build up, making you bloat and making it harder to lose weight.
