They will ask you questions regarding the reason you were terminated. If you can convince them that the termination wasn't a breach in company policy, you will be granted UI. Meaning excessive tardies, theft, failure to comply with safety standards, anything that is actually JOB RELATED they will deny you.

Just have all your paperwork ready and be honest and respectful.

Also, hope the company that fired you doesn't show up. That will greatly improve your chances of getting UI.
