Help please. Computer frozen

I have Windows XP. I keep getting a blue screen with technical info:

I'm trying to fix it by running system restore but I cannot even get to system restore. When I try to boot, I choose safe mode and then I get the blue screen again.

Is there another way to run system restore before the blue screen appears?

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes .
