eating what i should noti don't know why it's so hard for me because it feels like it's easy enough to do it but there's nothing to do around my house and i don't want to go to the parkhow long do you think i should exercise each day?what should i do? i can't help it and it goes well for a few days to one or two weeks but then i go back to my usual waysi'm 14 years old
