Help please! I'm trying to lose weight, i really am but it feels like i can't do it i always go back to :?

eating what i should not

i don't know why it's so hard for me because it feels like it's easy enough to do it but there's nothing to do around my house and i don't want to go to the park

how long do you think i should exercise each day?

what should i do? i can't help it and it goes well for a few days to one or two weeks but then i go back to my usual ways

  1. When  losing  weight,  you should follow the dual course: exercise and

    diet  together.  If  you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger

    appetite,  which  will  lead  to  increase  of  weight, or muscle grow

    cakes,  you  don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

    calculate  points  or  to  buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

    lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,
