Help please! Im always jittery =/

My hands are always shaky and jittery. I do drink a fair amount of coffee, energy drinks, and energy shots, but I do not believe I have enough to add to my shakey hands.

I have always had this problem of "trembling" hands...but how can I get it to stop? People always tell me to stop shaking and I can't.

And I do not want to cut back on my intake of caffine drinks.

  1. If I were you, I would massivley cut down on the energy drinks/caffeine, but if you must must drink it, water it down by drinking loads of water too. its the sugar, Trust me it sends you mental!!

  2. Hmmm. I had a friend who had this problem and ended up having epilepsy (not to freak you out or anything, you just might want to look into that). Otherwise, I'd definitely try drinking a lot of water to counteract all your caffine intake. I wish you the best in this :).

  3. I know you want don't want to, but you might have to... at least to rule out anything else.  If you cut out the coffee and energy drinks and it stops, then you know the cause.  If it continues, you need to get a doctor's opinion.  I used to take caffeine pills and drink loads of tea and red bull to keep me awake during the day when I had insomnia, I had the same trembling hands and jittery legs.

  4. well if you cant stop the the caffine intake then cut down on it more...and NO energy drinks at all...badd badd badd

  5. hi einstein - if u dont use up the energy in the energy drinks u will shake..have u ever considered going to school?

  6. ask your doctor whats wrong

  7. find the least caffinated drink you drink.. and the most caffinated... then cut back on the most caffinated but drink more of the least caffinated
