Help please Joker's scars?

How do I make them? And I have his voice down, clothes, eye makeup and face, just not the scars?

And tell me were to get the stuff you recommend, and how much does it cost?

Well...I would say to go to a Halloween costume store and get a scar kit. Print a picture of the Joker with his scars. Don't forget the red paint or lipstick!!
