My boyfriend is on tablets for IBS (irritable bowel) and he gets really painful stomach pains all the time. and he has been sick before

but right now he is in tears and puking really violently

shud i call an ambulance?

He wont let me?

it would be a good idea to go to a hospital because he is probably losing a lot of fluids

Sweetie this is obviously a medical emergency.  Call the ambulence or 911 for assistance. Go into another room if you need to but do it because you will be saving his life.  Good luck!
