  1. The only good weight loss that is healthy and safe is a good diet and exercise plan.  Before doing anything however, you need to see a doctor.  Your doctor can talk with you and help you set up a good diet suited for your still growing body, but that is also healthy and promotes weight loss.  It isn't going to happen at night, but the more time and effort you put into it the more successful your weight loss will be.

  2. Yes, you're overweight. You need to commit and burn more than you eat. You can't lose it quickly, it's not just a, oh I think I'm fat and need to lose 3 pounds. Like most skinny girls do.

  3. Wellll, ya, you are overweight.

If you want to lose some of it without becoming a stick try some of these:

    1. Eat the same amout of snacks but focus on the more healthy snacks that you like, this will slowly carve your appetite

    2. Join a non-demanding sport team

    3. Get some form of extercise every now and then, no need to be running every day but a small jog around your block once or twice a week wouldn't hurt.

  4. unfortunately, I would say yes, from what I know, you are probably a little overweight.  The average for your height to be healthy is probably between 120 and 145 give or take depending on body structure and muscle build.  Just because you weigh more than this does not necessarily mean you are fat though.  My sister and I have worn the same clothes since I can remember.  I have a much firmer body and stomach than her, but she has always weighed about 20 pounds less than me.  Health is the main concern because no one would guess from looking at the two of us that we weigh any different.  Weight can vary a lot.  A girl who was very athletic and my height 5'6" weighs about 160, but is quite skinny, just full of muscle.  If you think you have excess fat and are not athletic, you may need to lose weight.  Don't work to a certain weight though because I weighed 150 as a 13 and 14 year old and looked just the same as I do now.  It was a growing process and I don't know why I gained weight.  Don't start trying out all sorts of diets at 15 because it will just s***w up your metabolism.  Eat healthier than you do now.  Consume more water and fruits/vegetables containing water to fill you more efficiently than junk food.  It's really a matter of seeing unhealthy eating habits as disgusting.  I imagine what foods are doing to me when I eat them.  I don't recommend counting calories or abruptly changing everything you eat.  Just try to like foods that are good and find exercise you enjoy.  Just work to feel healthy and energetic and don't worry as much about what the scale says.  Personally I suggest doing some things you can stick to on a regular basis.  If you don't think you can get out every day to run or swim or walk.  Try jumping jacks and jump rope inside with the tv.  I used to do 1000 of one or the other each night.  It was easy to do before dinner when I would just be sitting watching tv waiting to eat anyway.  And it made me eat less.  Good luck with everything.

  5. watch what you eat no junk food.

even though it tastes so good!

    & exercise!

  6. i think your slighty over wieght :(

  7. woah yeah...im a 15 yr old football player 5' 11" at 140. No matter what anyone says about any miricle drug/diet/exercise, the only way to loose weight is to eat smart (think veggies and meats) and exercise (run or jog, maybe lift weights if u can, h**l go swimming...)

  8. Hahahhaha ya you are.

    Look in the mirror, christ.

Try to jog half a mile tomorrow and if you can't your REALLY overweight.

  9. You are a tad bit over weight. Don't worry about it though. It just depends on how much muscle you have. I am that weight and 5' 8 and I think I look fine. I have lots of muscle though. What I would do if I were you is not eat sugar, no white flour, no potatoes, no chips or fast food, all whole grain and whole wheat grains, drink 8 glasses of water a day. The hardest part about that is no sugar. You have to read all the labels and see what has sugar and what doesn't. You can have fruit. That will help you lose weight. I would also stat to exercise if you don't already. Try running 20 minutes a day. I would set a 5K race to motivate you. Good luck!!

  10. Yea your over weight lol

  11. Try to eat foods made by nature and avoid foods made by man that make you addicted to food.
