its great to have a healthy body and fresh minds right. and the way to get it is without a doubt by exercising. which one u like better? training for muscular strength or muscular endurance. is diamond pushups considered a muscular strength training or muscular endurance training? i weight 170lbs/77kg and i can do 60 diamond pushups in a row. i have to struggle after i've done 55, and i give my best for the last 5 to get it 60. full range of motion. i really feel great after that. u do diamond pushups? what do u think?

  1. It doesn't mean anything if you're just doing 60 pushups in a row for one day.  You're muscle aren't ripping and repairing as efficiently as if you were to do reps.  You should change your routine.  You'll be working on both endurance and muscularity at the same time.  Good luck.


  2. you should aim at six sets at 8-12 reps when doing chest excersizes every four days or so. It will do a lot more for you muscle mass and endurancewise than what you're doing
