  1. maybe you could try a liquid medicine other than using pills

  2. I couldn't swallow pills for a couple of years either. You can get some pain relief tablets that dissolve in water.

You could also try the following:

    - having a bubble bath

    - going for a walk/doing yoga, or something else similar

    - placing a hot water bottle on your lower stomach

If all else fails, get into your most comfy pjs and make a date with a feel good movie and a big bar of chocolate

    Hope you feel better soon!

  3. well i unno you should prob ask ur mom ,

  4. Go and see your gp. he might offer you the contraceptive pill. this usually stabilises your period. you really need to learn to swallow pills. practice with sweets or something. maybe smarties? Not being able to swallow pills make affect you in the future... you may just grow out of these very painful periods. you are still developing. i've had my period for about 4 years and it still isn't regular as it should be, good luck babe xx

  5. the only thing is yasmin.

the pills are smaller than a tic-tac.

i had the same problems with my period and i love yasmin.

  6. Relax, it can take a few years for your body to get your cycle to be consistent.

When you mention "pills" are you talking about OTC pain relievers, well you can put them in food and take them that way.

Over the years I have found that laying off the caffine, and junk the week before my period is due, really helps, and try to stay active, it will help those cramps. Get plenty of rest and take care of yourself.

  7. Grind up a ibuprofen and put it in some jam?

But a heating pad or hot water bottle on your tummy, when going out get one of those self sticking heating things for your back but put it on your lower stomach.
