  1. ur dvd player can simply b connected to ur tv by av out from dvd player n av in to ur tv.good luck.

  2. To do this, you will need 2 Red, White, and Yellow RCA cables. First, run one RCA cable from the RCA output in the box, to an RCA Input in your DVD player. (If your DVD player doesn't have an RCA input, please read further). Then, run an RCA cable coming from your DVD player's RCA output, in your TV's RCA input. With this setup, you will need to put your TV on the proper input, and also put your DVD player on the proper input, to have the box on your TV. Now, if your DVD player doesn't have an RCA input, then have an RCA cable coming from the box's RCA output, into your TV's RCA input. Then, run an RCA cable coming from your DVD player's RCA output, into an RCA input in your TV. Now, your DVD player is on one input, and your box is on the other input. There is also another option. If your DVD player, and your box, have both coaxial inputs and outputs, then here is another setup. First, run a coaxial cable coming from the box's coaxial output, into your DVD player's coaxial input. Then, run another coaxial cable coming from your DVD player's coaxial output, into a coaxial input in your TV. Now, your box and your DVD player is on channel 3, and to have the box on your DVD player, put your DVD player on channel 3. No matter what setup you have, make sure that you have a coaxial cable coming from a cable source, like a coaxial wall jack, going into a coaxial input, most likely labeled Cable In, in your box.

  3. In order the best way to connect any equipment is HDMI, component (red, blue, and green), then composite (yellow, red, and white). If you use component you will also need to hook up audio. Use the best format your equipment will support. You should not need any extra connections or switches to hook it up. A new TV should have more than enough connections.
