Help please finance visa?

Question

i trying to apply for a fiance visa for my fience who is now his is country Yemen

im in the usa right now

& i dont know where & how to start appllying??

do i have to apply first and fax all the info to my fincee?

how long will the process take from yemen?

is the process fast?

because i really want him to come to america as soon as possible for our wedding...

please any info, sites, facts, ANYTHING would help!

You file I-129F, I-864 and G-325A with the USCIS.  Be sure to include the evidence of your relationship that is requested.  Expect it to take more than a year.  There's no "fastest" way to do it.  Everything is based on the date you file..... first filed, first served.

First, you have to read about requirements on www.uscis.gov. After you accomplished them, you will send the petition paper to the nearest USCIS Service Center that covers your state which is also provided in their website. Once you get your approval it will be forwarded to National Visa Center for proper transmittal to US Embassy in Yemen.Your fiance will be informed of his interview and medical dates.That's when your fiance will be needing more supporting documents/proofs which he will bring with him during the interview.The processing time varies but it normally ranges from 6 months to 2years.There's no way to make it faster.To make sure though that you won't incur unnecessary delays makes sure that you will submit all the required forms, fees and proofs otherwise they will be sending you an RFE (Requires Further Evidence).You will find the website www.visajourney.com a very useful website and you can check forums and meet other people who are also in the process of K-1.
