It's called balance transfers, just transfer one over to the other, speak to the bank and see which would offer you the best rate

If you limit is high enough, call the company with the lower interest rate and ask how to do a balance transfer.  There will probably be a 3% charge to do this, but if the interest differential is high enough, it may pay for itself (or the convenience may be worth it).
