  1. A legal rule is simply a law enforced by the country and is punishable by the state (eg. speeding, robbery)

A moral rule is although not enforced by the law, it can be deemed as being morally wrong by some individuals. An example of this is abortion.

A social rule is one that's deemed unacceptable by society. An example is picking your nose in public or spitting.

  2. moral is something you believe in (like premarital s*x is wrong), social is... well social (like that its okay for guys to sleep around but if a girl does it she's a w***e) and legal (it is illegal to run a red light)

Moral and social laws can be broken and are up to you whereas legal laws... well you need to abide by them... or else you'll be fined or go to jail.

i dunno if this made since, i hoped it helped.
