How much weight can i loose from a treadmill by exercising daily in ramadan. i am a 14 year old boy and my weight is 190 pounds. thanks?

  1. It is difficult to exercise during Ramadan,unless you do it early in the morning. Ramadan can lead to weight loss, but it's not guaranteed. You need to change your relationship with food if it's a problem. If you stay the same weight until you are an adult, it's possible that your weight is entirely normal. Many grown men weigh that much. But it's advisable to turn that weight into muscle by jogging or whatever.


  2. Salam for you my dear son. You can loose weight during ramadan if your calorie input is smaller than your calorie out put in  your physical exercise.You can consult to the special doctor nutritionist for it.

    If you want to make a physical exercise it is better in the afternoon nearing iftar (breaking of fasting) so you can drink water after you finished it.Mubarak ya ramadan

  3. The excess weight will come from taking more in than you're using. Exercise will help a lot, but if you're eating too much, the effect will be less. Just don't take more than you need and stay at least moderately active and make this habit. The weight will go soon.
