Help please this is kinda urgent! Best answer in 4 hours! Please please help!?

I placed an order with victorias secret, and I need to cancel my order before they ship it but I cant for the life of me, figure out how! They sent me an e-mail confirming my order, but no where on the e-mail does it give any options to cancel my order. I clicked "track my order" but it asked for a username and password. When I ordered the stuff, it gave me the option to order with out creating an account. So, I dont have an account there where I can look at my previous orders. Can someone give me a link or maybe just tell me where to go and what to do? Thanks so much in advance! Best answer in 4 hours!

Go to the website and find the number, if they gave you a purchase order number you should be able to quote that and cancel your order that way.

You should call them and they'll do it for you.. Since it's pretty late at night, they'll probably do it in the morning when they open.

easiest thing ever, call the 800 number and just tell them what you told us, THEY will be able to cancel your order, no prob.

Do what the person above me said. Also in a few hours or so they will send you an email with tracking information. I hope you figure it out. They charge you for shipping when you return the stuff and wont let you return it in stores. It is really frustrating sorry:(

i dont really know anything about how to stop the order but when you get the item maybe you can return it and get your money back

maybe u can create an account real quick and go from there to try and cancel it. or go to the store and cancel it there.

Look for a customer service number and talk to them. in the email confirming your order, you may have some kind of order number or confirmation number that you may need when talking to a representative.
