Help please? un-g*y party/hot dresses?

okay so sorry.

i am going to be cheap and ask two questions in one.

1) i go to a private school so i have to wear dresses or skirts every wednesday wich is chapel day ( i know its retarded) . alot of people at my school are a little "better off" so they wear expensive and "vogue' clothes like kind of clothes that the gossip girl people wear.

MY PROBLEM IS, is that my mom told me that 30 dollars is too much for a dress so can you guys please give me suggestions on where i can get 25 dollar dresses that are cute?

i am a sophomore btw :)

2) i am going to turn 15 in october and i dont want to have another g*y party.

do you have any ideas on what i can do with 10 girls on a 300 dollar budget?

You can get cool dresses and skirts at Forever 21 and Wet Seal for pretty cheap.  

Maybe for your party you can have like a spa night.  You can buy some cheap beauty stuff and the drug store and look up on line ways to make stuff like face masks at home.  You can do manis/pedis, etc.

you jcould go to like value city or something idk.

you could maybe rent 2 hotel rooms and like get snaks or something and like the hotel should have an inside swimming pool so you guys can swim or something.

your first question was about a dress well you can get them at wet seal or forever 21 for about 20 25 dollars.....

second of all for a party well you could start off with renting a movie witch would cost about 2.50 or 3.00 dollars then make popcorn wich is at least 2.00 a 4 pack so you spent at least 4.50 now then after your movie do make overs you dont need to buy make up just tell ur frends to bring over some nail polish or eyeshadow and mascara well i hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) I got to a private school too, and I understand completely! Hit Macy's! You'll find some cute dresses, and to be honest, they have great ones at Target too. And, those girls aren't "better off" than you, that's just how they spend their money. Trust me, I know exactly what you are going though!!!

2) I stopped bday parties at age 10, but just have a sleepover! Hide your parents booze, and spend like, $20 on candy, maybe get a moon bounce (haha kids your age still love thats stuff). Just something simple can be remembered forever!!

1) check out some thrift stores. it may be second hand but sometime they have really cute almost brand new clothes that some of those gossip girls threw out... and they're really cheap.

2) my sister wanted to do her birthday at a hotel. a room for her and her friends a separate room for adults.. and the hotel had a big pool. you guys have your own privacy for coming of age.
